Customer Care Representative at GFI Software

Rachel Attard has worked in the customer service and teaching industries. From 2017 to present, they have been employed at GFI Software, where they have held the roles of Customer Care Representative and Sales Order Processor. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they worked at Eurocentres Global Language Learning Ltd. as an English Second Language Teacher.

Rachel Attard has a three-part education history. From 2014 to 2016, they attended De La Salle College Sixth Form Malta and achieved A levels in Higher Education. From 2016 to 2019, they attended the University of Malta and earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Maltese. Rachel then returned to the University of Malta from 2019 to 2021 to complete a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
