Nicole Camacho-Key has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Nicole began their career in 2002 as a Client Associate at JPMorgan Chase before transitioning to the role of Assistant Property Manager at Elysee Investments Co. in 2004. In 2006, they joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a Property Administrator and later became an Assistant Building Manager.
Nicole's expertise in the industry led their to further their education at BOMA, where they graduated with a certification in RPA in 2010. Nicole then moved on to GFP Real Estate in 2018, where they served as the Interim Building Manager before being promoted to Managing Director in 2019.
Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated a strong commitment to their field and has gained valuable experience in various roles within the real estate industry.
Nicole Camacho-Key, RPA, LEED GA has a diverse education background. In 2010-2016, they pursued a Real Property Administrator (RPA) degree from BOMA, specializing in Building/Property Maintenance. Nicole also obtained a New York State Salesperson Licensing in Real Estate/Commercial and Residential from the New York Real Estate Institute in 2015.
Additionally, Nicole completed the LEED - Green Associate certification from BOMA in 2017, further showcasing their knowledge in sustainable building practices. Nicole also received an Emergency Action Plan Director - F.D.N.Y certification from the Quality Fire Training Institute, Inc. in the same year.
Nicole further enhanced their expertise in fire prevention and safety technology by completing the Fire Safety Director - F.D.N.Y. certification from the Quality Training Institute, Inc. in 2016. Nicole also obtained various additional certifications, including AED/CPR Heartsaver Certification, Emergency Action Plan Director F-50, Citywide Sprinkler Systems S-12, and Citywide Standpipe Systems S13 from reputable institutions.
Furthermore, Nicole has pursued business education at New York University, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Nicole has also obtained a Notary Public certification from the state of New York in 2008.
Recently, in January 2021, Nicole acquired the Citywide Fire Guard for Impairment F-01 certification from the New York City Fire Department, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining safety in various environments.
