Noel Drago, SMT has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Noel began their career in 1993 as the Vice President at Island payphone and then went on to work as an Electrician at IBEW Local 3 from 1998 to 2001. Noel later joined Ambient Group, Inc. as a Project Manager and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Project Manager at PAL Environmental Services, where they managed demolition and abatement projects. In 2006, they became the Principal at Pyramid Industries until 2008. In the same year, they joined Hines as an Engineer and was promoted to Chief Engineer at the International Union of Operating Engineers in 2008, where they worked until 2019. Noel then took on the role of Chief Engineer at CBRE from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Innolabs since January 2022 and previously served as the Chief Engineer at Innolabs from March 2021 to January 2022.

Noel Drago, SMT attended Longwood Senior High School from 1988 to 1991. Afterwards, they studied Marine Transportation at the State University of New York Maritime College from 1991 to 1993. Additional certifications include Lic. Security and Fire Alarm Systems Installer from NYSDOL, Open Water Diver from PADI, and several certifications from FDNY and OSHA related to safety, construction, and fire management.
