Thomas Rosenberger is an experienced construction and project management professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Project Executive at GFP Real Estate since July 2019, Thomas is also the Director of Construction for the Renovation of David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center. Previous roles include Project Executive at Archstone Builders and Tribeca Associates, LLC, as well as Director of Construction at Gorton & Partners, LLC. Earlier in the career, Thomas held significant leadership positions such as Vice President at Forest City Ratner Companies and Director of Technical Services at Lehr Construction Corp. Thomas began in the industry as a Site Engineer at Independent Electrical Construction Company after earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
