Marcelo de Souza PMP, PSM I, MBA, SFPC, ISMF is an experienced Agile Master and project management professional with a diverse background in leading agile teams and implementing innovative technology solutions. Currently serving as an Agile Master at Grupo GFT since July 2022, Marcelo previously held similar roles at Compass.uol and Firjan, where projects involved complex financial environments and critical business areas. With extensive experience in project management at PETROS and previous roles in system analysis and software development, Marcelo has a solid foundation in managing ERP implementations and cross-functional teams.
