Gregory Richards, P.E., CFM, has an extensive background in civil and environmental engineering, holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Utah State University. Starting as a Research Assistant at the Utah Water Research Laboratory from May 2007 to October 2009, Gregory transitioned to Gannett Fleming, where a tenure from October 2009 to May 2018 included roles as a Hydraulic & Hydrologic Engineer and Senior Project Manager. Currently, Gregory serves as a Senior Project Manager and Office Principal at GFT, a position held since April 2025.
