Kelly Hartz

Kelly Hartz is an experienced marketing and internal communications strategist currently employed at GFT since November 2025. Previously, from December 2020 to November 2025, Kelly served as the Strategic Communications & Editorial Leader at AgriSompo, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive communication strategies in a regulated environment. Prior to that, from May 2013 to December 2020, Kelly pioneered the communications function at Diversified Crop Insurance Services, significantly enhancing internal messaging and technical documentation. Kelly’s earlier experience includes managing a high-performing team as the Branch Manager at Apria Healthcare, where a strong employee-centric culture was cultivated, and serving as Customer Service Supervisor, focusing on complex issue resolution and team performance. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Illinois College, earned between 1997 and 2000.
