Noe Garcia

Noe Garcia is an accomplished Sr. CAD Tech/Designer with extensive experience in design and mapping across various engineering companies. Currently at GFT since April 2025, Noe has previously held positions as a Designer at R.G. Miller | DCCM and as a CAD Designer II at AEI Engineering, LLC. Notable earlier roles include Designer at RSH Energy/Infrastructure Services and Designer/Drafter at SKA Consulting, L.P., where Noe was responsible for producing diverse project maps and updating design plans based on field data. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Designer at Gulf Interstate Engineering, managing Right-of-Way updates and coordinating with teams for project execution. Noe's educational background includes studies at San Jacinto College.
