Jacob Pitcher

Jacob Pitcher has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology Services. Jacob is currently serving as the Director of Support at ggCircuit since 2021. Before that, they worked at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) for over 15 years. During their tenure at IPFW, they held various roles such as Project Team Leader, Networked Applications & Licensing Specialist, Networked Applications Specialist, and Systems Administration and User Technology Support Student Worker. Prior to their time at IPFW, they worked as a Cashier at P & R Investments from 2003 to 2006.

In 2015, Jacob received a Certificate of Achievement in Administering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager from ENSI. Additionally, they completed a course on Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager at GlobalKnowledge during the same year.
