Marieke Sibon

Marieke Sibon has extensive experience in program management and project leadership, particularly in the fields of sexual health and unwanted pregnancy. Currently serving as Programmadirecteur Samen Veilig and Manager Samen Veilig at GGD Drenthe since February 2023, Marieke previously held the position of Projectleider at Centrum Seksueel Geweld in Groningen-Drenthe. From January 2016 to February 2023, Marieke worked at Centrum Seksuele Gezondheid Noord Nederland in various roles, including Projectleider for a ZonMw project and Manager Bedrijfsvoering. Marieke's background includes leading projects at Sense/GGD and serving as Teamleider at CSGNN. Prior experience also encompasses roles at Stichting Fiom, including Teamcoördinator and Senior specialist beleid in the areas of unwanted pregnancy and ancestry questions. Marieke's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hanze.
