Britt Verkennis

Britt Verkennis is a communication advisor currently working at Entopic (becoming iO) since July 2023, specializing in online communication, web editing, and translation. From December 2020, Britt has held multiple roles at GGD Haaglanden, including online communication advisor and supervisor in a specialized outbreak team. Prior freelance experience as an English tutor occurred from January 2016 to 2019, and an internship as a news reporter at Metro International took place from November 2013 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Culture from the University of Amsterdam, as well as studies at the London School of Journalism, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and Solent University, where a minor in Creative Industries was earned.
