Floor van Oort

Floor van Oort is an experienced public health professional with a strong background in epidemiology and health policy. Currently serving as Afdelingsmanager at GGD Haaglanden since May 2020, Floor has effectively managed two departments responsible for health and environmental programs. Floor holds several board positions, including at Kennisplatform EMV and the Academische Werkplaats Gezonde Leefomgeving. Prior to these roles, Floor worked as a Senior Consultant at Ecorys NL and held a significant advisory position at the Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap. An academic background includes positions as Assistant Professor at Erasmus MC, focusing on adolescent health research, and a PhD in Public Health from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
