Erin Safarjan

Erin Safarjan is a seasoned professional in the field of public health, currently serving as a Policy Advisor for the Preventive Child and Youth Healthcare Service at GGD Hollands Midden since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Rode Kruis - Nederland from August 2016 to May 2022, where Erin held positions as Project Leader for Internal Organization and Project Assistant for District Rotterdam-Rijnmond, focusing on project coordination and administrative support. Erin has also contributed as a Junior Project Officer at the Erasmus Centre for Strategic Philanthropy and worked as a Trainee/Consultant at CBO, specializing in healthcare expertise and innovation. Volunteer experiences span various organizations, including support for asylum-seeking women and educational initiatives in sexual health. Erin holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
