Victoria Waney

Victoria Waney is an experienced IT vendor-contract and license manager currently working at GGD regio Utrecht since October 2024. Prior to this role, Victoria served as a software asset manager at Rabobank from January 2020 to October 2024, and held several positions in software license management at Randstad and ABN AMRO from 1998 to 2019. In addition to a solid background in IT governance and compliance, Victoria has experience as a coach and coordinator for entrepreneurs at Qredits Microfinanciering Nederland. Victoria has also authored published works, including a book on coping with job loss. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Plant Breeding and Plant Pathology from Wageningen University & Research.
