José Franken

José Franken has extensive experience in health promotion and youth services, having worked at GGD Zuid Limburg since 1991 in various roles, including Adviseur Gezondheidsbevordering and Gezondheidsbevorderaar voor Asielzoekers. José has also served as Procesmanager Jeugd, overseeing integrated care approaches and facilitating communication among health organizations. Additionally, José holds a position as Regiocoördinator Gezondheid Statushouders at VNG and has experience in policy execution from employment at both Gemeente Landgraaf and Algemeen Maatschappelijk Werk Landgraaf. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Theory and Pedagogiek from HAN University and several certifications in social skills training and basic education.
