Jeff Breunsbach

Jeff Breunsbach is an experienced marketing and customer success professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Marketing at Higher Logic since 2020. Breunsbach has a strong background in brand strategy, customer experience, and retention, having previously held roles such as Director of Brand and Director of Customer Experience at Higher Logic. As a co-founder of Gain Grow Retain, Breunsbach fosters a community for Customer Success leaders. Prior experience includes consulting as Managing Partner at Customer Imperative and leadership roles in customer success at Levelwing and Red Triangle, LLC. Breunsbach holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the College of Charleston.
