Tess Klapman

Tess Klapman is currently employed as a GGZ Agoog at GGZ Delfland since January 2023, where personal guidance is provided to clients in the recovery department following the Active Recovery Triad (ART) approach. Prior to this role, Tess gained experience as an HBO Social Work student from February to September 2023 at a long-term care clinic, working as a personal guide using the IDDT methodology. From August 2018 to July 2023, Tess held a position as a weekend and vacation guide at Ipse de Bruggen, primarily at a lunch café for individuals with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, and also worked as a Begeleider A at a training house assisting youth with intellectual disabilities. Additional experience includes an internship at Fivoor in forensic psychiatry, serving as a caregiver at Mantelaar, and working as a cashier at Albert Heijn. Tess is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a focus on healthcare at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in June 2024, following completion of VWO at Stanislas College Pijnacker.
