Wytske Posthuma

Wytske Posthuma is the current General Director of the Treatment & Healing Division & Kinnik, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Care at GGZ Friesland. Prior to this, they were an entrepreneur at Posthuma Zorgprojecten from September 2012 to June 2014. Wytske also served as a project manager and policy advisor at Noorderbreedte, part of Zorgpartners Friesland, from June 2011 to May 2014. There, they were responsible for policy development and implementation of quality improvement in pharmaceutical care and medication safety, as well as policy development and implementation of continuity of care and crisis management according to national guidelines. In addition, they were responsible for policy development and implementation of the legal framework for supplementary services and products under the Dutch law AWBZ. Before that, they worked as a basispsycholoog & projectmanager at De Friese Wouden from October 2008 to October 2009, and as a Rayonmanager at Eli Lilly and Company from September 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, they were a Projectmanager Movement, Mild Cognitive Impairment & Dementia at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from January 2005 to December 2006.

Wytske Posthuma has a MSc. in Psychology from University of Groningen, an MBA in Zorg & Welzijn from NCOI Opleidingen, and a MSc. in Human Movement Sciences from University of Groningen. Wytske also has an Atheneum in Atheneum: Economics & Society from Bogerman College Sneek.

Wytske Posthuma reports to Timo de Grefte, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Wytske Posthuma works with Monique Menger - Director, Zorg MindUp, Paul Mutsaers - General Director, Recovery & Treatment Division & Van Andel Elderly Psychiatry, and Houkje Tamsma - Director of Medicine.
