Rahel Cook

Rahel Cook is an accomplished payroll professional with extensive experience in global financial and accounting services. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at GH Labs since October 2021, Rahel previously held the position of Senior Advisor at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from June 2007 to October 2021, where expertise in global payroll was leveraged to guide vendor and system implementations related to benefits, payroll, tax, and global mobility.
