Doug Gross

Doug Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in scheduling and construction management. Currently, Doug is a small business owner and co-owner of FireForge Art Glass LLC, specializing in steel and glass sculptures, unique awards, and outdoor installations. At GH Phipps Construction Companies, Doug serves as Scheduling Manager, overseeing project scheduling and mentoring new schedulers, after starting there as a project scheduler and estimator in 1984. Prior to returning to GH Phipps, Doug spent 15 years with the Elizabeth Fire Protection District and Elizabeth Fire Rescue in roles such as Shift Training Officer and Fire Fighter. Doug also has experience as a CPR instructor and holds a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
