With over 30 years in the industry, Cesar’s industrial and packaging engineering experience includes implementing returnable containerization systems and material flow processes, line display facilities and equipment, and storage optimization for the automotive industry among other sectors. His consultation and management capabilities have yielded greater efficiencies in the development of supply chains and transportation management systems.

Cesar holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and management, both from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Monterrey in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
