Traci Tompkins

Traci Tompkins, PHR, currently serves as Sr. HR Business Partner at Ghafari Associates, a global firm with over 500 employees, where responsibilities include recruiting, staffing, employee relations, and program administration for A/E and Process Engineering groups since April 2012. Previously, Traci held the position of Human Resources Manager at Meteor LLC, overseeing HR services for a graphics production company and managing staffing, training, employee relations, and benefits administration from August 1995 to March 2012. Earlier experience as Human Resources Coordinator at CMI-Southfield, Inc. from 1991 to 1995 further solidified HR expertise. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy.
