Jennifer Frick

Jennifer Frick has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer began their career at Walmart in 1999 where they worked as a Paralegal handling employment and benefits litigation. Jennifer also responded to discovery and charges of discrimination during their time there. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of an ADA Project Manager at Walmart where they were responsible for developing disability-related processes and policies, managing disability-related projects, and reviewing reasonable accommodation requests. Jennifer worked in this role until 2010. Jennifer's most recent work experience is with Ghai Management, where they currently hold the position of Director of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for guiding and implementing the HR strategy across multiple stores in Northern California. Jennifer provides support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, staff development, benefits, and succession planning.

Jennifer Frick completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University in the years 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Santa Fe University of Art and Design from 1991 to 1994, where they focused on Theater/Theatre studies.
