Kofi Okofo Dartey

Kofi Okofo Dartey was appointed Director, Office of the Chief Executive at Ghana Grid Company Limited in 2010, initially as Chief Internal Auditor.

He has also served as Director of Finance, Director of Corporate Planning, and Director of Corporate Affairs. He was a member of the Transitional Management Team on the operationalization of GRIDCo. He has worked in various Finance and Audit capacities at Volta River Authority (VRA), Unipetrol Ghana Limited, and Ghana Revenue Authority. He holds a B. Com Degree and Diploma in Education (DipEd.) from the University of Cape Coast and an Executive MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).

Kofi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Florida, and a founding member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Ghana.
