Nicholina Nkang-Ma Yembilah

Nicholina Nkang-Ma Yembilah is a Civil Engineer, who assumed the role of Director, Procurement in September 2022 after serving as Manager, Procurement.

Ing. Yembilah joined GRIDCo from the Volta River Authority and has so far, gathered 23 years of work experience. She started her career from the Takoradi Thermal Power Project Office, VRA. Nicholas was the first female engineer to supervise the erstwhile 330kV West Africa Power Pool Coastal Transmission Backbone Project. Nicholas has also been Manager for the Engineering Procurement Section, and Lands and Environment Management.

She holds a Masters's in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Ing. Yembilah also attended the Kharkiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture, Ukraine, specializing in Industrial and Civil Construction (MsC. Civil Engineering).

Ms. Yembilah is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE).
