GHANA LINK NETWORK SERVICES LIMITED (GLNS) was incorporated as a private limited liability company under the laws of the Republic of Ghana on 5th June 2001.

It commenced operations as a Destination Inspection company on January 2nd 2003. It was one of the five destination inspection companies mandated by the Government of Ghana, specifically to perform customs destination inspection of imported goods from allocated geographical areas.
Ghana Link Network Services Ltd offered destination inspection services to the government of Ghana for a total of twelve (12) years, till August 2015.

ICUMS Flagship Project
On March 29th 2018, the Government of Ghana, acting through the Ministry of Trade and Industry entered into an agreement with Ghana Link Services for the provision of a fully integrated trade facilitation and customs management system (ICUMS) for Ghana Revenue Authority – Customs Division.

ICUMS is a total customs administration solution, customisable to fit any environment by integrating the know-how and experience accumulated throughout the history of its development.
