Samuel Addoteye

Samuel Addoteye has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager - Health, Safety, Security & Environment at Ghana National Petroleum Corporation since April 2014. Prior roles include Manager of Human Resources and Recruitment & Organisational Development at the same organization, where Samuel led long-term manpower planning and structured recruitment strategies. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Cirrus Oil Services Limited and MODEC, Inc., and HR Business Support Manager at Shell Ghana. Samuel holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science and Linguistics from the University of Ghana and has completed various professional certifications in business growth, risk management, and talent management from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University and Stanford University.
