Farukh Naveed (ACA) serves as the Company Secretary at GHARIBWAL CEMENT LIMITED since November 2007, supporting the Board of Directors and its Committees to ensure compliance with Corporate Law and Regulations. With a background in Finance, Audit, Tax, and ERP, Farukh has also held roles such as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, Head ERP, and Manager Audit & Tax. Prior to this, Farukh worked at Balochistan Glass Limited and Viqar A Khan & Co, Chartered Accountants. Farukh holds various degrees in areas such as Forensic Investigation, Forensic Accounting, Corporate Communications, SAP Financial and Control, and Chartered Accountancy, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics.
