Syed Hasan

Syed Hasan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, board advisory services, and capital structure management. Currently serving as Group Finance Director at Ghassan Aboud Group since November 2022, Syed has held similar roles at Yas Holding and Arabtec Construction LLC, where responsibilities included acting CFO and head of finance. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young LLP and an early role as Executive in the advisory division. Syed Hasan holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the American University in Dubai and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
