Shalabh Agarwal

Shalabh Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as General Manager at GHCL Limited since August 2017, Shalabh leads the Salt division and oversees international marketing and sales of Soda ash and Sodium bicarbonate, alongside product management of Sodium bicarbonate. Previously, in roles such as General Manager at Grasim Industries Limited, Shalabh managed product lines including phosphoric acid and salt, and successfully launched calcium phosphate and calcium chloride. Prior positions include GM of Marketing at The Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd. and DGM Sales at Godrej Industries Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed sales management and international marketing. Shalabh's career began at ACC Limited as Assistant Manager in Process Engineering. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain & Marketing from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, complemented by a CPIM certification from APICS.
