Amy Douglas

Amy Douglas possesses a diverse background in environmental science and management, highlighted by experience in various roles spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Front End Supervisor at Bunnings, responsibilities included supervising staff and managing customer complaints. Following this, Amy served in roles at ALS Environmental, primarily managing logistics and preparing orders for water and soil sampling. Amy further developed expertise as a Botanist/Environmental Consultant with Western Botanical, conducting vegetation surveys and rehabilitating mine sites. From 2013 to 2016, management and customer service skills were honed as a Manager/Barista at MJ & Co Espresso Bar. Currently, Amy is employed at GHD as an Ecologist and Project Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and Coastal Zone Management from Curtin University, a Master of Science in Marine Biology and Ecology from James Cook University, and a Diploma in Environmental Science from Swan TAFE.
