Bernardo Paul Jr A. is a Civil Inspector at GHD, involved in the construction management of the US$ 270 Million Manila International Container Terminal Bert 8 Expansion Phase 1 Project since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a QC Inspector at Boskalis, contributing to the EU 1.5 Billion Manila International Airport project, and at Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited for the US$ 456.1 Million Malolos - Clark Railway Project. Bernardo has also held positions as a Concrete Batching Plant Monitor at CTG, CQC Materials Engineer at Halcrow, and Laboratory Engineer at BESIX, among others, demonstrating extensive expertise in civil engineering, quality control, and project supervision. Bernardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Holy Angel University, completed in 1993.
