Brian Whitaker

Brian Whitaker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management within the water and wastewater treatment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at GHD since July 2020, Brian has previously held leadership roles as Principal Project Manager at Jacobs and CH2M HILL, where responsibilities included managing complex teams and overseeing the planning and design of major treatment facilities and infrastructure upgrades. Earlier in Brian's career, as Principal Engineer at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, management of the District's capital improvements plan and facility design were key responsibilities. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtained in 1981.
