Carlos Muñoz is a junior geologist graduated from Universidad de Chile, currently working on the ChilePolimetálico project developed by Corporación de Alta Ley, which aims to highlight and promote non-traditional mineral resources in Chile. They have experience as a project assistant for Dra. Emilie Roulleau at the Andean Geothermal Centre of Excellence, where they conducted water and gas sampling related to geothermal systems. Previously, they worked with First Quantum Minerals LTD on geological mapping and geochemical exploration. Currently, at GHD, Carlos is involved in geological modeling and geotechnical investigations for civil engineering projects in Canada and Australia. Additionally, they are pursuing a Diplomado en Ingeniería Geotécnica at Universidad de Chile.
