Dalton Cooper

Dalton Cooper is an experienced professional in environmental compliance and petroleum geology, currently serving as the Mid-Continent SPCC Compliance Lead and EHS Compliance Project Manager at GHD since May 2021. With a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, Dalton effectively combines expertise in EPA, USCG, and PHMSA regulations related to Oil Spill Response Plans. Prior positions include EHS Compliance Specialist at GHD, Research Assistant at Boone Pickens School of Geology, and Logging Geologist III/IV at Excellence Logging, where Dalton led major drilling projects. Dalton holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Geology and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University.
