Dave Matthews

Dave Matthews is a Principal Engineer at GHD, with a career spanning from 2003 to the present, where Dave has led and managed significant projects such as the Te Marua Water Treatment Plant and the East West Link Procurement. With prior experience at PA Consulting Group and Downer New Zealand, Dave has held various roles including Consultant and Construction Manager, contributing to notable projects like the deregulation of Singapore’s electricity market. Dave Matthews holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, an MBA from The University of Waikato, and a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering from Carrington Polytechnic. In addition to engineering and management roles, Dave has been involved in training facilitation and has served as Chair for several review and advisory groups.
