Mario Arteaga holds an MBA, BSIT, and MCSE certification, with extensive experience in Information Services and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior IS Technician at GHD since July 2022, Mario collaborates closely with the US West region Information Services Manager to enhance customer service and support. Previous positions include a Desktop Support Technician III at Inari Medical and a Senior IS&T Support Specialist at Advantage Solutions, among others. Mario has also contributed to organizations such as Panasonic Avionics Corporation and The Walt Disney Company, utilizing technical expertise to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Mario's educational background includes an MBA in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
