Penny Harrold

Penny Harrold is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational design, leadership development, and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the US People Leader and Global People Leader for Digital at GHD, Penny previously held the position of Human Resources Strategy Advisor at Blue Eye Consulting, LLC, where strategic guidance was provided to start-up organizations. At Accenture, Penny contributed significantly over an 18-year tenure in various leadership roles, including Corporate Strategy Leader and Program Leader for Leadership Development, driving initiatives that resulted in substantial revenue growth, enhanced leadership capabilities, and optimized talent acquisition processes. Penny holds an MBA in Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Human Resources Management and Communications from Bowling Green State University.
