Richard Hill

Richard Hill is currently an Executive Advisor at GHD and a Board Member of the Committee for Geelong. With 27 years of experience in the planning, design, and delivery of port and maritime projects, Richard has played a significant role in shaping waterborne transport infrastructure globally. They previously held positions as Principal in Ports, Freight & Maritime at GHD and as Associate at Atkins, where they managed key projects across various countries. Richard holds a MEng in Business Administration and a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton and is actively involved with PIANC, contributing to the development of design guidelines for small island states.
