Rui (Ray) Ma is a Technical Director in Energy and Business Development Manager for Clean Energy at GHD, where they have contributed to new business initiatives related to Chinese inbound investments in future energy and property markets since 2015. With 20 years of experience as an Accredited Fire Safety Engineer, Rui has held various roles, including Senior Building Surveyor - Fire Safety at the City of Sydney and Technical Specialist at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Fire Protection Engineering from The Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces Academy and a DipLaw from the University of Sydney. Rui's expertise extends across diverse sectors, ensuring superior financial, customer, and stakeholder outcomes through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
