Scott Estergard, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of water resources and project management. Scott started their career in 1994 as a Fish and Wildlife Biologist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and later worked as a Water Resources Planner at the US Army Corps of Engineers. During their time at the Corps of Engineers, they also served as a Project Manager and Biologist. In 2011, they joined Tetra Tech as a Program/Project Manager in Water Resources, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Scott worked as a Senior Project Director at Atkins. Currently, they are serving as the Federal Business Development Leader/Key Client Lead- Army at GHD.
Scott Estergard, PMP, holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Water Resources from the University of Arizona, obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General, from The College of Idaho, from 1987 to 1991. In addition, Scott Estergard has obtained the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2022.
