Suzy Bidgood is an experienced HR professional with a rich background in talent management, recruitment, and coaching. Currently serving as the People Projects Lead for GHD in the EMEA region since July 2016, Suzy oversees UK recruitment operations and acts as a People Business Partner. Prior to GHD, Suzy owned and operated Bidgood HR Consulting, providing HR consultancy and coaching services to small and medium-sized organizations from August 2014 to June 2016. With previous roles at Northern Powergrid and KBR, Suzy has a proven track record in designing and implementing talent management strategies, workforce planning, and managing performance management initiatives. Suzy's career began in HR and training roles at Halliburton KBR, Granherne, and British American Tobacco. Suzy holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, completed between 2010 and 2011.
