Tesa Stephen

Tesa Stephen currently serves as the Regional People Manager for Global Business Services at GHD, having transitioned from the role of Senior People Business Partner. Prior to GHD, Tesa held the position of Human Resources Director at Specialty1 Partners and has extensive experience in people management, change management, and HR strategy from previous roles at Wood, Akorn, Inc., and The Kraft Heinz Company, among others. Tesa's background includes overseeing comprehensive HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation analysis, and diversity and inclusion initiatives across various organizations. Educated with an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a degree in Human Resource Management from North Central College, Tesa is also pursuing advanced studies at Harvard Business School in organizational leadership.
