Theresa Wells

Theresa Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and business development across various sectors, particularly in government and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Market Leader for Digital NZPAC at GHD since October 2020, Theresa specializes in aligning client requirements with strategic goals through a comprehensive suite of digitally led services. Previously, Theresa held multiple leadership roles at CoreLogic NZ, including Head of Government & Infrastructure and General Manager of Corporate Sales, focusing on driving client insights, analytics, and business growth. Theresa's earlier career includes significant positions at Inovas and the UK Atomic Energy Authority, where expertise in technical sales and GIS management was demonstrated. Educational achievements include a PGC in GIS from The Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Waste and Environmental Management from the University of the West of Scotland, and a B.Sc. from the University of Glasgow, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
