Tracy Horan

Tracy Horan is an experienced civil engineer and military officer with a robust background in project management and federal operations. Currently serving as the US Federal Operations Manager at GHD since February 2021, Tracy has also held the position of Civil Engineer Staff Officer in the Maryland Air National Guard since February 2008. Previous roles include Commander of the 577 EPBS in the United States Air Force and Senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech for nearly 14 years. Tracy's expertise is further enhanced by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from USAF Air University.
