Warren Traves has over 30 years of experience in the water industry. Warren is currently the Chief Risk Officer at GHD, and has previously held positions as the Regional Advisory Panel Chair for the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities, Director for Seqwater, and a member of Infrastructure Queensland. Warren has also been an advisory board member for the Advanced Water Management Centre at The University of Queensland.

Warren has been instrumental in the development and delivery of major water infrastructure projects in Australia. Warren has extensive experience in project definition, scoping, interface management, quality control, coordination, and technical support. Warren has a proven track record of successful project delivery, and is highly respected by their peers for their knowledge and expertise in the water industry.

Warren Traves has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland, a Master of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland, and a Graduate Diploma in Municipal Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland. Warren also has an Advanced Management Program certificate from Mt Eliza Business School.
