Andrew Willows is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and project management. Currently serving as a Global Technical Infrastructure Engineer at ghd since November 2022, Andrew previously held various roles including 3rd Line Support Engineer at Fusion IT Management Ltd, where significant contributions included delivering high-level support, managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing best practices for incident resolution. Andrew's expertise spans across multiple organizations, including Intrinsic Technology, Dataplex Systems Limited, and 2e2, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, server migrations, and infrastructure management. Andrew holds an HND in Business Information Technology from The University of Huddersfield.
