Marie-Julie Gheysens

Marie-Julie Gheysens is the Head of UK, International Business Development at Ghelamco UK since April 2020. Prior to this, Marie-Julie worked as an Investment Analyst at edyn from October 2018 to September 2019 where Marie-Julie underwrote Real Estate assets to deliver a £2bn acquisition pipeline in core European markets. Before that, Marie-Julie was a Financial Analyst intern at CBRE from January 2018 to June 2018, where Marie-Julie supported senior team members with various financial tasks. Marie-Julie holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and has also participated in exchange student programs in Madrid and Paris.
