Carla Maria Schiavoni is an experienced professional in project control and management, currently serving as Corporate Project Control Manager at GHELLA S.p.A since May 2015, with previous roles including Costs and Methods Manager and Technical and Tendering Support. Prior to this, Carla held the position of Schedules Manager at Ghella ANZ from December 2014 to April 2015 and worked as Deputy Cost Control and Schedule Planner for Transcity Legacy Way Ghella Spa from March 2011 to December 2014. Carla began the career at GHELLA S.p.A as a Cost Controller from March 2009 to March 2011. Education includes an Executive Master in Project Management from Rome Business School, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained in 2007.
