Ruben Omar Gonzalez

Ruben Omar Gonzalez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in tunneling and civil engineering projects. Currently serving as TBM Area Manager at Ghella since May 2022, Ruben is responsible for managing slurry tunnel boring machine (TBM) operations on the ETP JCGJV project. Previously, Ruben held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Ghella, focusing on double shield TBM, cross passages, site establishment, and station box excavation. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Engineer and Bid Engineer at Ferrovial Construction, along with various engineering positions at Ferrovial and Pacifico Acciona Ferrovial JV. Ruben's educational background includes degrees from Universidad de Burgos and Università degli Studi di Trieste.
